Summary. The Web Strategic Audit costs $47. You get a full refund if you cancel with 24 hours before your scheduled session, or if we fail to deliver. After delivery, the Audit is non-refundable except as stated below. This Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Service.
The Audit involves dedicated preparation, manual analysis and reserved scheduling capacity. These rules apply:

| The report materially lacks something described on the purchase page | Tell us within 14 days of delivery. We complete it within 5 business days, or refund you in full if we cannot |

The $47 credit described in the Terms of Service has no cash value and is separate from refunds. If you receive a refund, the credit no longer applies.
Redesigns, portfolios, landing pages and similar projects are governed by a separate signed agreement, which sets its own deposit, payment and cancellation terms.
Email webmaster@handlabdesign.com with your name and PayPal email. We review requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds go to your original PayPal payment method within 5 business days, and we refund the full amount you paid without deducting fees. Your bank or PayPal may take longer to show it.
Session times appear in your local time zone in the booking calendar. We wait 10 minutes after the start time; after that, the session counts as missed.
Please contact us before opening a PayPal dispute or chargeback; we respond within 2 business days. If a dispute is opened, we may share booking, delivery and communication records with PayPal.
